Meta will host a VR gaming event once more, and it will be easy to tune in. The company has announced a 40-minute Quest Gaming Showcase that will broadcast on Facebook, Horizon Worlds, Twitch, and YouTube on June 1 at 1 pm Eastern. You can anticipate the usual assortment of new games and gameplay footage. Still, this year’s presentation will also feature a pre-show (beginning at 12:45 pm ET) with title updates and “debut” trailers. After the fact, developers will engage in “deep-dive” discussions.
The technology company is, as expected, vague about specifics. Nonetheless, we would rely on something other than new hardware. Previously, Meta announced that its next Quest headpiece would be released later this year. The market leader is still attempting to transition to the metaverse.
