Skullcandy is updating its popular Crusher ANC headphones with a second-generation model that includes numerous new features and a reduced price. These headphones have a battery life of up to 60 hours with active noise cancellation disabled and 50 hours with ANC enabled, which is arguably the most significant enhancement with this iteration. The original 2019 iteration of the Crusher ANC headphones had a maximum battery life of 24 hours per charge.

The Crusher series has received widespread praise for its bass-heavy audio response, and the new ANC headphones continue this trend. The exterior features a rotary mechanism for on-the-fly bass adjustment, with the ability to focus on a specific number or select from a variety of configurations. Using the Skull-iQ app, you can also construct custom configurations that are transferred to the headphones.

These headphones are contemporary, so they include contemporary features such as hands-free voice control, multipoint connection, Bluetooth 5.2, and a dedicated Spotify button. It also features a quad-microphone design that, according to Skullcandy, enhances the effectiveness of ANC and enables a transparent ambient mode.

In light of the fact that this is the second iteration of the Crusher ANC, despite the fact that there are several Crusher models without active noise cancellation, you would anticipate a price increase to accompany the new features. On the contrary, the opposite is true. The new Crusher ANC 2 headphones cost $230, which is $90 less than the price of the original model, which was $320.

The new design resembles the previous one, but the materials appear to be of superior quality. The Crusher ANC headphones are currently available directly from the manufacturer.
